Just thought I would publish a picture of my latest ‘Rape of Proserpina’ – I couldn’t bear to part with my first one, so when someone offered to buy it, so I made another, which did actually come out better than the first I feel.  I also felt I couldn’t sell a piece unless I was 100% happy with it.

Something I’ve been working on for some time now, but was never really happy with the head. So I decided to make it a ‘ancient’ sculpture and chop off a few bits!  Once I have finished the hand I’ll do a better photo, but I’m really pleased with it so far! [oh, she’s about 20cm long – used to be about 25!]
